I picked it up at an art store in Richmond, VA, but the specific pen I think is the Pentel GFKP, but the writing on the packaging was in Japanese so the brushpen might have a US equivalent that's easier to find. It uses Pentel FP10 ink cartridges however so that might make it easier to track down.
